This session focuses on the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase for consulting services financed by the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank and the Interamerican Development Bank.
Moving from shortlisting to contract award requires a deep understanding of technical scoring logic, methodology drafting, team composition strategy and financial proposal structuring. This webinar provides a technical and experience-based breakdown of how to maximize scoring under Quality- and Cost-Based Selection and other selection methods.
This session targets firms already active in MDB-funded consulting who wish to improve their technical scores, increase award ratios and better understand the evaluators’ perspective.
Participants are invited to submit questions prior to the session so that the trainer can tailor the discussion and address concrete bidding challenges, including specific issues encountered in past RFP submissions.
